Through my exposure to high-performance environments such as Southern Cricket Academy, I saw firsthand how well-structured strength and conditioning programs directly enhanced technical execution, movement efficiency, and overall performance. At Senna Sports, we apply the same principles, developing strong, resilient bodies that support skill execution, reduce injury risk, and meet the physical demands of elite cricket.
